24E Baazri  online shopping return policy is very manageable within Indian, customer’s satisfaction is our first priority, if the customer feels that the product is damaged or product is not complete as per description, they can easily return the products without shipping charges. Customers can also contact us via e-mail on support@24ebazaari.com and call on 0120-4913204 for any damaged/incomplete product(s).
Return shipping method will be communicated via email to the address provided at the time of order. Further, it falls under the responsibility of the customer to tell us order number for tracking order. We will not be responsible for those returned products which do not reach our location within 24 Hours.

 

Return policy has some rules for all merchant.

  • Product must be new and unused.
  • Any product item, purchased with coupon code will not be returnable.

 

Refunds

Refund will be processed after receiving back the product, the refund amount will be issued back to customers after 48-78 hours, or it may take 4-6 days, in case of public or bank holidays. The customer can refund amount through banks or easy pay; Please be mindful that customer will be liable to pay any transaction charges, e.g. bank transaction charges or easy pay charges.

 

Cancelling an Order

Our contact and customer center will confirm all orders via call before dispatching. If you do not receive any call from us, then your order will not be marked as confirmed. If the order is dispatched from the warehouse, the customer will not be able to cancel it. Products will be dispatched within 24 hours of order, and the customer will be able to track orders through tracking number .
